(Summary description)Spermine is a substance existing in the human body. With the increase of age, the level of spermidine in the body decreases. Supplementing spermidine is helpful to self-cleaning in the human body. Old and redundant cellular components and harmful invaders such as viruses will be decomposed and recycled. Finally, it can improve, renew and purify cells from the root of cells, and then avoid various chronic diseases and metabolic diseases caused by cell damage.

Information

Autophagy is one of the mechanisms by which cells clear away the damaged organelles and protein, which is ubiquitous in eukaryotes and plays an important role in maintaining the metabolic balance of cells.

The word "autophagy" originated in Greek, which means "eating yourself". Simply put, there will be degenerated or damaged cells in the body, which will not only make no contribution to the body, but may also produce toxins and damage the normal cells in our body. Autophagy is the reorganization, repair and regeneration of degenerated or damaged cells in the body, in order to achieve the recycling and reuse of cells, which is of great significance to human health.

Yoshinori ohsumi, a Japanese scientist who won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, first discovered the autophagy mechanism of cells in 2016, and discovered 15 key genes related to autophagy.

Studies in top journals such as Science have found that spermidine has many physiological regulatory effects, including autophagy, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, cardioprotection and neuroprotection, etc. Many physiological processes regulated by spermidine are usually related to cell autophagy induced by spermidine, which maintains the dynamic balance of cell renewal by activating 15 kinds of autophagy factors in the body.
